Bikram Yoga Workshop Classes
Saturdays at 3p. January 23 & 30 and February 6
This is a 3 part Bikram Yoga workshop, broken into 3 weekends. Try one or try them all!
January 23 – “The Warmup”
We’ll be covering Standing Deep Breathing, Pranayama breathing exercise, Half Moon Pose w/Hands to Feet Pose, Awkward, and Eagle asanas.
January 30 – “Standing Asana”
We’ll be covering Standing Head to Knee, Standing Bow, Balancing Stick, Standing Separate Leg Stretching, Triangle, Standing Separate Leg Head to Knee, Tree, and Toe Stand.
February 6 – “Floor Asana”
We’ll be covering Wind Removing Pose, Spine Strengthening Series asana, Fixed Firm, Half Tortoise, Camel, Rabbit, Head to Knee w/Stretching, Spine Twist, Blowing in Firm Pose.
Bring your questions of all types: posture specific, sequencing questions, injury related questions, hydration, anything that you might not have had time to ask after class or is something you’re curious about.
This workshop is appropriate for beginners to seasoned practitioners looking to sharpen up their skills from this therapeutic sequence. Come to 1, 2, or all 3 workshops!
