Five days of extended Ashtanga fun with Pat McCleaf & Sara Gruss
Mornings, August 30 – September 3
Morning sessions include a special 2+ hour Mysore-style window where students will receive personalized ‘supplementation and experimentation’ otherwise left out of the Mysore setting. Our extended morning session will allow students the space to repeat and refine their existing practice, as well as spend time with Pat & Sara workshopping techniques to advance through the checkpoints in Ashtanga Yoga.
In the afternoon sessions, we will analyze the ‘gateway’ postures and Vinyasa of the primary and intermediate series in a clinical style group setting, including poses like Supta Kurmasana, Garbha Pindasana, Marichyasana, and Pachasana.
No experience or physical requirements necessary, as each student will receive individualized attention and personalized practice during the ‘open’ style morning class.
