The graceful, yet challenging form of yoga based on Sri Dharma Mittra’s almost fifty years of practice of classical yoga.

A powerfully physical & internally focused ceremonial yoga practice that emphasizes how to carry a transformative experience from the yoga mat into daily life. Just as Ana & Jose prescribe!

The traditional practice as taught by Sharath Jois, the Ashtanga practice synchronizes breath & movement. In Mysore setting, students learn 1-on-1 with teacher, pose by pose, breath by breath.

Progressive Ashtanga developed by Larry Schultz and curated by our teacher, David Kyle. This playful practice introduces asanas from Ashtanga’s Second and Third series.

Inspired by our teacher Mary Jarvis, these two classes are meant to keep your hips and spine healthy. We’ve all witnessed first hand how all backward bending heals the spine and keeps you living the life you want! As Mary says, “all important appointments get cancelled when there is something wrong with your spine.”
