Third Fridays Each Month 7-8p
A decompression session. A group meditation.
Specifically for POC (however no one will be turned away). We’ll be together for the purpose of being together and holding space for one another, breathing, and experiencing a guided meditation by Brandon (with the most soothing voice you’ll ever hear!)
This event is FREE. From 7-8pm. Limited to 18 participants, physical distancing will be practiced.
