Experience a transformative Bikram Yoga workshop with Tessa, where you'll move through Bikram yoga’s 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a warm room.

Tessa’s expert instruction will help you build strength, flexibility, and balance, while offering guidance to suit all levels.

After studying, practicing, and teaching Bikram Yoga for over a decade, Tessa has designed this workshop to cover the common "pain points" of each posture, plus breathing exercises.

Participants will perform one set of each posture, then review that posture, with time for demonstration and q&a. Whether you're brand new to Bikram Yoga, or have been practicing for 20 years, you'll learn something new about the posture or maybe even yourself!
