intro pass faq:

What should I bring to my first class? Mat and large towel, water, clothes you feel comfortable sweating in. Rentals available, we also have everything you'll need!
When should I arrive? Show up 15 minutes before the class is scheduled to begin, especially if it is your first class.
Where do I park? Street parking is FREE all around the building and across the street.
Can I show up late? We don’t recommend it, however every once in a while is ok. Up to 5 mins late.
Which classes are the beginner classes? All of them! We have extremely qualified teachers that will meet you where you’re at. Our Bikram Yoga class (offered daily at 10am) is our flagship (hot) class and most beginner friendly.
Do I need to be experienced? Nope. No experience or flexibility required!
Why should I book free coaching sessions? Our senior staff of teachers can help you come up with a practice plan to help you meet your health goals, tailored to your schedule. Plus, Jamie Jett, our in house NTP, not only teaches yoga classes, but makes a living helping people restore their health, focusing on your digestion, blood sugar, hydration, minerals, and fatty acids. We can help you develop a yoga practice & meal plan using real food and sustainable habits to restore balance and support your body's natural healing processes! What are Membership Perks? During your Intro Pass we encourage you to take advantage of our membership perks and get a feel for what membership offers, such as: 15% off retail items, guest passes (for new students), monthly members events, and access to our online library of classes.
Does my pass renew? No. You choose what you do after 22 days of unlimited classes! But if you do renew before your trial pass expires, you save $$ on monthly unlmembership!
