This workshop focuses on hips and deep Earth connection. Bring a journal to explore writing prompts that deepen your connection to yourself and the Earth.

Remember to Play: Core and inversion focused Forrest Yoga Inspired workshop with a Yin yoga cool down. Strengthen your core and play with handstands, then unwind shoulders and thoracic spine. Explore how the energy of play brings vitality to more challenging practices. Bring a journal to explore prompts that will help you go deeper into the inner aliveness that comes with inviting in more play! 

Kamryn Schneider is a seasoned yoga instructor and bodyworker, specializing in Forrest Yoga, Yin Yoga, meditation, and women’s healing arts. With over 700 hours of training, including 400+ in Forrest Yoga, her practice integrates somatic therapy and holistic wellness. Kamryn supports healing journeys, drawing from her studies with Ana Forrest, who blends yoga with indigenous ceremony. Kamryn’s nurturing approach helps students reconnect with their bodies and Spirits, creating a safe space for healing and transformation.
